Aluminum alloy lined PE-RT composite pipes are a new type of piping material specifically designed for cold and hot water applications. They offer advantages such as lightweight, oxygen-resistant, UV radiation-resistant, easy and hygienic installation, and strong sealing without maintenance.
[Connection Method] Connection Mode
Hot melt socket connection.
[Product Features]
1. Enhanced shock resistance performance
Excellent resistance to low-temperature impact, preventing potential hazards from unexpected collisions, significantly enhancing safety in use.
2. Low coefficient of linear expansion; remains completely unchanged when exposed.
Pipe material has a low expansion coefficient, which is 1/5 of that of pure plastic pipes, close to metal pipes, and does not deform when installed indoors or outdoors (more aesthetically pleasing).
3. Non-leakage of oxygen at high temperatures, corrosion-resistant
Aluminum alloy completely seals out external air, preventing oxygen from渗透 into the pipe's interior, thus safeguarding against oxidation and corrosion of metallic components in heating and central air conditioning systems, ensuring the system operates safely and stably (more scientifically).
4. UV-resistant, prevents material oxidation
Aluminum coating blocks UV rays, providing a UV protective barrier for the pipe material. Outdoor installation remains colorfast and does not age (safer).
[Applicable Scope]
Building Cold and Hot Water System
Radiator heating system
