For multi-layer, multi-pass surfacing, only the first weld seam needs to be taught, and for surfacing welds, only the starting points of the polygonal shapes are taught, saving a substantial amount of teaching time compared to teaching each weld seam on a six-axis robot. A common surfacing pattern library is available, allowing direct retrieval of patterns for welding corresponding shapes. The welding process library is comprehensive, enabling direct parameter retrieval, matching the welding track offset, welding speed, current, and voltage, with simple operation.
3. Large span, accommodating 6 sets of workpieces at once, with foldable dual water-cooled welding torches, multi-layer multi-pass welding, which improves efficiency by about 30% compared to traditional equipment. Welds 12mm corner joints, capable of producing 19-22 pieces in 12 hours, significantly exceeding the traditional 13-15 pieces.
