The CNC middle slot welding machine is mainly used for surfacing and coating the surface wear-resistant layer on the angle welds of coal machinery middle slots. Its applications and features are as follows:
1. Based on the nine-axis CNC system, we have developed a secondary version that can be expanded with features as per process requirements. This versatile machine covers common welds on the middle slot, such as 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm inner and outer corner welds, as well as diamond, zigzag, and I-shaped surfacing welds.
2. Addressing issues such as large manufacturing errors in conveyor slots, irregular shapes, and severe wear during factory repairs, we use a teaching method to locate welding path trajectories, significantly reducing the precision requirements for workpiece positioning. After the workpiece is hoisted onto the worktable and the start and end points of the teaching welding path are set, welding can begin. For multi-layer and multi-pass welding, only the first weld seam needs to be taught, and the starting points of the熔覆 welding paths are taught for polygons only, saving a great deal of teaching time compared to teaching each weld seam for a six-axis robot. A common熔覆pattern library is available, allowing direct retrieval of patterns for welding corresponding shapes. The welding process library is comprehensive, enabling direct retrieval of library parameters, matching welding path offsets, welding speed, current, and voltage for simple operation.
3. Large span, accommodating 6 sets of workpieces simultaneously, with foldable dual water-cooled welding torches, multi-layer multi-pass surfacing. Efficiency improves by about 30% compared to traditional equipment. Can produce 19-22 pieces in 12 hours with 12mm corner weld surfacing, significantly more than the 13-15 pieces of traditional equipment.
