Based on the nine-axis CNC system, further developed with the capability to expand functions as per process requirements. Versatile machine covering common welds on the central groove, such as 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm inner and outer corner welds, as well as diamond, zigzag, and channel-shaped surfacing welds.

Once the workpiece is hoisted onto the worktable and the starting and ending points of the teaching welding path are set, welding can begin. For multi-layer, multi-pass surfacing, only the first welding seam needs to be taught. The starting points of the surfacing paths are taught for polygons only, saving a substantial amount of teaching time compared to teaching each seam on a six-axis robot. A common surfacing pattern library is available, allowing direct retrieval of patterns for welding specific shapes. The welding process library is comprehensive, enabling direct retrieval of library parameters to match welding track offsets, welding speed, current, and voltage, with simple operation.

Large span, accommodating 6 sets of workpieces at once, featuring a foldable dual water-cooled welding torch, multi-layer multi-pass welding, which boosts efficiency by approximately 30% compared to traditional equipment. Welding 12mm corner joints, 19-22 pieces can be produced in 12 hours, significantly exceeding the traditional equipment's output of 13-15 pieces.
