The CNC middle groove welding machine is primarily used for surfacing and熔覆a wear-resistant layer on the angular welds of the middle groove in coal machinery. Its applications and features are as follows:
Based on the nine-axis CNC system, we have developed a secondary version that can expand functions according to process requirements at any time. This machine serves multiple purposes, covering common welds on the central groove, such as 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm internal and external corner welds, as well as diamond, zigzag, and H-shaped surfacing welds.

In response to characteristics such as large manufacturing errors in conveying troughs, irregular shapes, and severe wear during on-site repairs, we employ a teaching method to locate the welding path轨迹. This significantly reduces the precision requirements for workpiece positioning. Once the workpiece is hoisted onto the worktable and the start and end points of the teaching welding path are set, welding can begin. For multi-layer, multi-pass surfacing, only the first welding seam needs to be taught. For surfacing welds, only the starting points of the polygonal shapes are taught, saving a considerable amount of teaching time compared to teaching each seam on a six-axis robot. A common surfacing pattern library is available, allowing direct retrieval of patterns for welding corresponding shapes. The welding process library is comprehensive, enabling direct retrieval of library parameters, matching welding path offsets, welding speed, current, and voltage, with simple operation.

Large span, accommodating 6 sets of workpieces simultaneously, featuring a foldable dual-water-cooled welding torch, with multi-layer and multi-pass weld overlay, achieving approximately a 30% efficiency increase over traditional equipment. Welding 12mm corner joints, 19-22 parts can be produced in 12 hours, significantly exceeding the traditional equipment's output of 13-15 pieces.
