Product Introduction:
Three-dimensional Composite Drainage Mesh (also known as Three-dimensional Geotextile Drainage Board, Tunnel Drainage Board, and Drainage Board) is a new type of geosynthetic material. Its composition structure is a three-dimensional geotextile core, which is coated with needle-punched perforated nonwoven geotextile on both sides. The three-dimensional geotextile core includes a thick vertical rib, as well as one diagonal rib on top and bottom. It can quickly drain subsoil water from roads and has a pore maintenance system that can block capillary water under high loads. Additionally, it serves as an isolation and ground reinforcement. The three-dimensional structure of the composite drainage mesh core can withstand high compressive loads throughout its use while maintaining a considerable thickness, providing excellent water permeability. By combining geotextile (filtering function) and geogrid (drainage and protection function), it offers a complete "filtering-drainage-protection" effect.
Product Features:
Excellent drainage (equivalent to one meter of gravel drainage).
High tensile strength.
3. Minimize the likelihood of geotextile embedding into the core, ensuring long-term stable drainage.
4. Long-term high-pressure load bearing capability (can withstand approximately 3,000 kN of compressive load).
5. Corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, with a long service life.
6. Easy construction, reduced project timeline, and cost savings.
Product Application
Significantly effective in drainage projects such as railways, highways, tunnels, municipal engineering, reservoirs, and slope protection.
