Product Introduction:
Needle-punched geotextile is a type of nonwoven and industrial fabric. It is made from polyester short fibers with a denier of 6-12 and a length of 54-64mm, which are curled polyester short fibers. The fabric is produced through a process that includes opening, carding, entanglement (interweaving of short fibers), laying out (standardized entanglement fixation), and needle-punching, among other production techniques.
Widely used in hydraulic engineering: sea, river, and lake embankment standardization projects; reservoir reinforcement projects; reclamation projects; flood control and emergency rescue. Highway, railway, and airport engineering: soft foundation reinforcement treatment; slope protection; reflective crack-free pavement structural layer; drainage system; green separation strips. Electrical engineering: nuclear power plant foundation projects; thermal power plant ash dam projects; hydropower plant projects. Port and navigation projects.
Good breathability and water permeability, water conductivity, excellent filtering, drainage, isolation, reinforcing, and protective functions.
Enhanced for asphalt, cement concrete, and subgrade surfaces. Suitable for both rigid and flexible pavements, it can reduce construction costs, extend service life, and prevent road reflective cracking compared to traditional pavements.
Enhance the tensile strength and deformation resistance of the soil mass, thereby improving the stability of the building structure and the quality of the soil.
