Primary Use
The BG-G series high-efficiency coating machine is a multifunctional coating equipment mainly used for the coating of sugar coating and film coating on tablets, capsules, and other products in the food industry.
Operating Principle
The unit consists of systems and components such as the main engine, ingredient spray supply, purification hot air, dust exhaust, and electrical operation. The coated seed core rotates inside the coating tube, continuously making complex trajectory movements.

The raw flower surface is automatically coated with a coating medium by means of a spray gun or dropper, powered by a pressurized spray feeding system. Concurrently, clean hot air is blown through the raw flower layer by a hot air cabinet.

Rapidly dry the coating medium formed on the surface of the unopened flower bud, forming a firm, dense, and smooth surface film on the bud's surface.
