
STQX-6000 Fruit and Vegetable Washing Machine
The Bubble Cleaning Machine uses high-pressure bubble water to wash vegetables and fruits, causing the materials to flip in the water, effectively separating dirt, impurities, and debris from the surface of the vegetables. The size of the water flow can be controlled, and the washed debris is intercepted by a filter. The clean produce is then lifted by a conveyor belt into the next process, where it is rinsed again during the lifting process. During operation, both the water inlet and the spray nozzle pipes continuously supply water, gradually replacing the wastewater in the tank.

Features:
1. The body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, featuring a chainless stainless steel conveyor belt. Complies strictly with national food export standards. Operation is simple and does not damage materials.
2. The equipment features a bubble generator that keeps the material in a churning state, effectively removing agricultural residues from the product surface. It also allows for the addition of a suitable chemical for disinfection and color fixation. Floating debris can overflow through an overflow channel, while settled matter can be discharged through an outlet, achieving the cleaning objective. The auxiliary pool serves as a sedimentation tank, equipped with a pump to circulate the water in the main tank. Soil and other debris are settled and removed by this pump.
