Operating Principle
Compressed air, after being chilled, filtered, and dried, is accelerated through nozzles to form a supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber, causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzle jet streams, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing for ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported by an ascending air current to the impeller classification zone. Under the force of the centrifugal force from the classification wheel and the suction force of the fan, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber due to gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the air current into the cyclone collector. Microscopic dust is collected by the bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
