Working Principle
The compressed air is cooled, filtered, and dried, then forms a supersonic airflow through the nozzle and射入the crushing chamber, causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jet streams, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing for ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is transported by an upward airflow to the impeller grading area, where it is separated into coarse and fine powders under the centrifugal force of the grading wheel and the suction force of the fan. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber due to gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector. The ultra-fine dust is collected by the bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
