The LH-201B Quantitative Metallographic Automatic Polishing Machine is a dual-disc desktop model, manufactured in accordance with international standards using advanced technology. It is a new generation of high-precision equipment that automates the sample preparation process. The machine features an advanced microprocessor control system, allowing for variable speed control of the polishing discs and heads, as well as intuitive and convenient settings for sample pressure and time. Operators can complete the grinding and polishing process by simply changing the polishing disc or metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabrics. This enhances the machine's versatility. It offers features such as selectable rotation direction of the polishing disc, rapid disc replacement; multi-sample holders and pneumatic single-point loading; automatic abrasive distribution (optional with a separator); and it is known for its stable operation, safety, low noise, and cast aluminum base for increased rigidity. The machine is equipped with a water cooling system and abrasive jet nozzle, which can cool the samples during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating and continuously remove the abrasives. With an ABS shell and stainless steel standard parts, it is not only visually appealing but also improves corrosion and rust resistance, making it easy to clean.
