Operating Principle
Compressed air is chilled, filtered, and dried before being directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber. This fluidizes the material, causing it to converge at the intersection of multiple nozzle jets, where it undergoes intense collisions, friction, and shearing for ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported by an ascending air stream to the impeller classification area. Here, the centrifugal force of the classification wheel and the force of the fan separate coarse and fine particles. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber due to gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine particles are carried by the air stream into the cyclone collector. The ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draught fan.
