Operating Principle
Compressed air, after being chilled, filtered, and dried, is directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber, causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported by an ascending air stream to the impeller classification area. Under the force of the centrifugal force from the classifier wheel and the suction power of the fan, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber due to its own gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the air stream into the cyclone collector. Ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
