Working Principle
Compressed air, after being chilled, filtered, and dried, is directed into the crushing chamber through nozzles, forming supersonic airflow. This fluidizes the material, and as it accelerates, it converges at the intersection points of several nozzles, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported to the classifier area by an ascending airflow. Under the force of centrifugal force from the classifier wheel and the suction force of the fan, coarse and fine particles are separated. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber due to their own gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine particles are carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector. Fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
