Structure Principle and Function：

This crushing unit consists of a crusher, an ESC material collection box, and an ESC vacuum cleaner. It addresses the issue of dust飞扬 during the crushing process.

The working principle of this machine is that the material enters the crushing chamber, where it is crushed under the action of impacts, shearing, friction, and mutual collisions between the high-speed rotating movable tooth disk and the fixed tooth disk. After being sifted through a screen, it becomes the required powdered material.

The shredder, material collection box, and vacuum cleaner of this crushing unit are all made of stainless steel. Compliant with the "GMP" requirements for pharmaceutical production.
