Operating Principle:Powder materials are quantitatively fed into the main feeding hopper by a vibrating feeder and a horizontal spiral feeder, ensuring a uniform addition. This maintains a constant particle level in the main feeding hopper. Then, the powder is pre-compressed by a longitudinal conical spiral within the main feeding hopper and delivered to the arc-shaped slots of two pressure rollers. The rollers have evenly distributed, identical semi-oval or diamond-shaped grooves on their surfaces. Through the engagement of a pair of gears, the two rollers rotate at equal speed in opposite directions, gripping and instantly compressing the material fed into the slots by the conical spiral. After compression, as the pressure decreases, the material is ejected from the slots under the force of its elasticity and gravity, entering the crushing and granulation system. The material is then sifted and graded according to the user's particle size requirements to produce a uniform granular product that meets quality standards.
