Operating Principle:
Hydrophobic equipment utilizes the low boiling point principle under a vacuum environment to vacuum吸入hydrophobic agents, uniformly adsorbing them onto the material surface through a circulating fan, thereby causing rapid evaporation of moisture or other solvents to achieve hydrophobic properties. Typically used for roll materials.
When the material is under vacuum, the moisture of the hydrophobic agent adhering to the material surface will rapidly convert into a gaseous state at a lower temperature and be pumped away by the vacuum pump.
This evaporation method reduces the time and path of heat transfer, thereby achieving a good hydrophobic effect. Moreover, the hydrophobic process is faster in a vacuum environment, enhancing production efficiency.
Hydrophobic equipment can be adjusted for temperature and pressure according to the material requirements, ensuring precise control of the hydrophobic process, which aids in maintaining product quality and stability.
