Principle:

Heated and purified air is introduced from the bottom by the induced draft fan, passing through the perforated plate of the hopper. Inside the chamber, the air is agitated and creates a fluidized bed, causing the moisture to rapidly evaporate and be carried away with the exhaust, leading to quick drying of the material.

Application:

● Mechanized screw extrusion granules, oscillating granules, wet high-speed mixing granules.

Drying of wet granules and powdered materials in pharmaceuticals, food, feed, and chemical industries.

● Large granular, small blocky, and sticky granular material.

Guar gum, polyacrylamide, and other materials that undergo volume change upon drying.
