Product Overview:
The ZKG series vacuum耙式drying machine is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Wet materials are evaporated by conduction, and a scraper stirrer continuously clears materials from the heated surface, promoting a circulation flow within the container. After moisture evaporation, the steam is extracted by the vacuum pump. The machine utilizes a large-area jacket heating method, with a large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency. It is equipped with a stirrer to maintain a continuous circulation state of materials inside the drum, further enhancing the uniformity of material heating. This allows for smooth drying of paste, cream, and paste-like materials.
The vacuum耙式drying machine has a cylindrical body in the middle, which is divided into three layers internally and externally. The intermediate jacket can be heated by a circulating thermal oil (pressure < 0.3 MPa gauge pressure) or steam (pressure < 0.3 MPa gauge pressure). The outer layer is lined with ultra-fine glass wool for excellent insulation and minimal energy consumption. The inner layer is used for placing materials, making it suitable for drying materials prone to oxidation and heat-sensitive materials. It preserves the crystalline structure of the materials during the drying process and is ideal for materials that require the restriction of metal ions or the recovery of volatile substances (or * substances) due to their volatility.
