2. Machine Structure
The whole unit is made of 304 stainless steel, featuring a top and bottom separate drum design for easy cleaning of waste inside the drum. It boasts enhanced load-bearing and impact resistance. The stainless steel sheets are 2mm thick. The anti-static casters come with braking function, making it more convenient to move.
Anti-static coated membrane filter
Utilizing a PTFE-coated static electricity filter with a precision of 0.3 microns, the surface resistance of the anti-static filter cartridge is ≤105Ω. After prolonged use, the filter can be cleaned with water, dried, and reused.
4. Cyclone Separator
Built-in cyclone unit separates 99.97% of the dust immediately after being inhaled, with only 0.03% of dust floating around the drum and on the filter.
Pulse Reverse Blowing Device
Based on the dust amount, the pulse time can be adjusted. The pulse cleaning system is controlled by an electronic valve, and the equipment is pre-set at the factory.
6. Pulsation Valve
Utilize explosion-proof solenoid valves to perform reverse-blow cleaning of the filter at predetermined intervals.
7. Pressure Relief Valve
When the filter gets clogged, the relief valve automatically opens, allowing air to enter through the relief valve, thereby protecting the motor from overheating and burning out.
8. Electrical Control System
Brand explosion-proof switches are used, featuring leakage protection, missing phase, overload, and protective devices; stable performance; explosion-proof marking: Ex d II BT4
9. Static Dissipation Treatment
The entire unit undergoes static-dissipative treatment, with each stainless steel connection featuring static-dissipative bonding for easy assembly.
