1. Main driving force
Utilizing three-phase asynchronous explosion-proof motors with NSK bearings, capable of continuous 24-hour operation; motor explosion-proof grade: Ex d II BT4 Gb
2. Machine Structure
The unit is made of 304 stainless steel, featuring an upper and lower separated drum design for easy cleaning of waste inside. It boasts enhanced load-bearing and impact resistance capabilities. The stainless steel sheets are 2mm thick. The anti-static casters come with braking functionality, making it more convenient for movement.
Anti-static coated filter
Utilizing PTFE-coated static electricity-proof filters with a 0.3-micron precision, the surface resistance of the static filter cartridge is ≤105Ω. Over time, the filter can be cleaned with water, dried, and reused.
Tornado Separator
Built-in cyclone device, the dust just inhaled is separated by the cyclone separator, achieving a 99.97% dust separation rate. There will be 0.03% of dust floating around the drum and on the filter.
5. Pulsed Reverse Flush Device
Based on the dust amount, the pulse time can be adjusted. The pulse cleaning system is controlled by an electronic valve, and the equipment is pre-set at the factory.
Pulse Valve
Utilize explosion-proof solenoid valves to reverse-blow clean the filter at predetermined intervals.
7. Pressure Relief Valve
When the filter is clogged, the pressure relief valve automatically opens, allowing air to enter through the valve, thus protecting the motor from overheating and burning out.

Brand explosion-proof switches are used, featuring leakage protection, phase failure, overload protection, stable performance, explosion-proof marking: Ex d II BT4
9. Anti-static Treatment
The whole unit undergoes static-dissipative treatment, with each stainless steel connection point featuring static-dissipative bonding for easy assembly.
