Pulse Jet Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

1. Main drive

Equipped with three asynchronous turbocharged vacuum motors, OEM factory manufacturing, featuring NSK bearings, capable of continuous 24/7 operation.

2. Machine Construction

Utilizing an upper and lower separated drum design, easy to clean the drum waste, with enhanced load-bearing and impact resistance, 2mm thick steel plate, equipped with brake on the mobile wheels for easy maneuverability.

Filter

Utilize PTFE and HEPA coated filters with a 0.3 micron precision. After prolonged use, the filters can be washed with water, dried, and reused.

4. High-efficiency Coated Filter

Built-in high-efficiency coating filter element design, polyester fiber coated material, equipped with an internal pulse control valve for automatic reverse blowing cleaning. Pulse timing intervals can be customized, eliminating the need for manual operation, and solving filter clogging issues.

5. Cyclone Separator

Built-in cyclone device; dust just inhaled is separated by the cyclone separator, capable of separating 99.97% of the dust, with 0.03% of the dust floating around the drum and above the filter directly.

6.Pulse Jet Backblowing Device

Pulse intervals can be adjusted based on dust quantity, with pulse times automatically cleaned by the pulse valve's cycling intervals.

7. Pressure Relief Valve

When the filter becomes clogged, the pressure relief valve automatically opens, allowing air to enter through the valve, thereby protecting the motor from overheating and burning out.

8. Electric Control System

Utilizing DELIXI brand, featuring leakage, phase loss, overload protection, stable performance, and easy operation.

9. Vacuum Inlet

Utilizing quick-connect fittings, 70 to 50 standard accessories; the specific components chosen vary depending on the selected quick connector size.
