Pulse Jet Industrial Vacuum Cleaner
1. Primary Power
Equipped with a three-stage asynchronous turbocharged electric motor, OEM factory manufactured, featuring NSK bearings, capable of continuous 24/7 operation.
2. Machine Structure
Utilizing an upper and lower separated drum design, easy to clean waste inside the drum, enhanced load-bearing and impact resistance, 2mm thick steel plate, equipped with brake on the casters for easy movement.
3. Filter
Utilize PTFE and HEPA coated filters with a 0.3 micron filtration precision. Over time, the filters can be washed with water, dried, and reused.
4. High-efficiency Coated Filter
Built-in high-efficiency coating filter element design, polyester fiber coated material, equipped with an internal pulse control valve for automatic reverse blowing cleaning. Pulse timing intervals can be customized, eliminating the need for manual operation, and solving filter clogging issues.
5. Cyclone Separator
Built-in cyclone device, dust just inhaled is separated by the cyclone separator, capable of separating 99.97% of the dust; 0.03% of the dust will float directly around the drum and on the filter.
6. Pulsed Backblowing Device
Based on the dust quantity, the pulse interval can be adjusted. The pulse duration is automatically cleaned by the pulse valve's cycling interval.
7. Pressure Relief Valve
When the filter gets clogged, the pressure relief valve automatically opens, allowing air to enter through the valve, thereby protecting the motor from overheating and burning out.
