Electric temperature control valves are composed of control valves, actuators, sensors, and capillary tubes, etc. They are divided into heating and cooling types according to their use. Electric temperature control valves use ordinary220VPower source, utilizing the energy of the adjusted medium itself, directly regulates and controls the temperature of steam, hot water, hot oil, and gases, etc. It can also be used for preventing overheating or heat exchange. The electric temperature control valve has a simple structure, easy operation, a wide temperature adjustment range, fast response time, and reliable sealing performance. It can also be adjusted freely during operation, making the electric temperature control valve mainly applied in the hot water supply for industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, food, light industry, textiles, hotels, and restaurants.
Electromagnetic temperature control valves are primarily used for liquids, gases, and steam in various cooling systems for temperature control. When the controlled medium's temperature rises, the control valve closes (heating type); when the controlled medium's temperature rises, the control valve opens (cooling type). Key features include:

Section 2: Imported Electric Temperature Control Valve Operating Principle
The electric temperature control valve is composed of components such as control valves, electric actuators, temperature sensors, and temperature regulators. According to user requirements, it comes in two structures: heating and cooling types. The structure and principle of the heating type regulating valve: before operation, the main valve core is in a semi-open position, and the sensor is in its natural state. Upon power connection, the main valve core fully opens. The medium flows into the main valve body in the direction of the arrow and heats the storage tank through the valve core. When the temperature reaches the corresponding set value, the sensor generates a corresponding linear signal input to the integrated actuator, which then drives the valve stem and valve core to move, closing the main valve core and stopping the heating. When the temperature falls below the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input to the integrated actuator, causing the valve core to gradually open, allowing the medium to flow into the storage tank in a parabolic characteristic for heating until it reaches the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is maintained within the set temperature range, achieving the purpose of temperature control. Note: Commonly referred to as heating and cooling types. In this valve, simply replacing the valve core structure can achieve this.
