The pneumatic powder butterfly valve features a flat plate structure in the middle of the valve plate. The valve stem is positioned on both sides of the valve plate and is integratedly connected to it. The sealing seat is mounted on the valve plate, with the valve stem on both sides passing through the axis hole of the sealing seat and housed in the axis hole of the valve body. The pneumatic powder butterfly valve is made from a powder plate, nitrile sealing ring, coated with wear-resistant high molecular material. The half-body is made of aluminum alloy material, the rotating valve plate is made from high molecular material, and it is specifically designed for the handling of powdery and granular materials.
