Imported pneumatic slim ball valves are the latest generation of ultra-short flange distance ball valves meticulously designed by engineers at WODE Valve Co. They feature V-shaped and O-shaped ball core channels, offering minimal fluid resistance, making them the least resistive among all valve types. These pneumatic slim ball valves are characterized by compact structure, small size, light weight, and easy installation. They are widely used in the oil, chemical, metallurgy, power plant, and light industry sectors for automatic regulation or cut-off control of oil, water, gas, and pulp or fibrous fluids.

Product Features

1. Pneumatic slim ball valve with an integral valve body without any pipe connections, thus unaffected by pipeline or bolt pressure, and since the valve body has no pipe connections, the pressure shell is not susceptible to pressure "abrupt changes."

2. Pneumatic slim ball valves have low fluid resistance; their resistance coefficient is equal to that of a pipe section of the same length.

3. The pneumatic slim ball valve body is shorter than a standard flanged ball valve, suitable for situations where multiple valves are required on the same pipeline in a factory.

Pneumatic Actuator

Utilizing the latest GTD or ATD series pneumatic actuators, featuring double-acting and single-acting (spring return) options, gear-driven for safety and reliability; large bore valves are equipped with AW series pneumatic actuators for fork-type transmission, with a rational structure and high output torque, available in both double-acting and single-acting versions.

3. Manual operation mechanisms can be installed at the top and bottom.
