Import Pressure Relief Valve
The German进口pressure-reducing valve operates by detecting the pressure after the valve and using this pressure as the power source to control the opening and closing of the valve. When the pressure sensor detects an increase in the valve pressure indication, the valve opening of the pressure-reducing valve decreases; when it detects a decrease in the pressure after the pressure-reducing valve, the valve opening increases to meet the control requirements.
When the valve pressure indication rises, the pressure-reducing valve opens less; when the post-reducing valve pressure decreases, the valve opening increases to meet control requirements. Steam pressure-reducing valves must have a reduction ratio significantly higher than the system value; even at maximum or minimum flow rates, they should respond to both direct and reverse control signals. These valves should be selected for the useful control range, i.e., between 20% and 80% of the maximum flow rate. Normally, they are of proportional type or possess proportional characteristics. These types of valves inherently have the optimal flow characteristics and flow range required for proportional control.

Different types operate on specific working principles. However, the general principle remains: pressure reducing valves reduce the inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure through the throttling of the opening and closing elements, while maintaining a stable outlet pressure. But generally, pressure reducing valves require an inlet-to-outlet pressure difference of ≥ 0.2MPa.
