This product is widely used and suitable for transporting joints of adhesive conveyors in various sites such as metallurgy, chemical industry, metal mines, power plants, ports, and docks.
After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided with this machine, and following the correct vulcanized bonding process, the joint strength of the bonded parts can reach over 90% of the new belt.
Not only are the joints smooth and nearly identical to the original belt, but they also reduce wear on the roller and extend the service life of the conveyor and rubber conveyor belt.

Heating Plates (Top and Bottom)
Choose high-quality aluminum alloy materials, select Alcoa 7075 high-strength aerospace aluminum plate, meticulously crafted using special techniques, featuring:
1. Compact and lightweight, half the weight, low energy consumption, quick heating; after heating, the entire board surface has excellent flexibility, adheres better to the tape than conventional machines.
At 1.5 MPa pressure, its parallel tightness is not greater than 0.03 mm, which is a feature not commonly found in standard machines.
2. The heating plates provide even heating at all points, with a temperature difference of only ±3℃ to 4℃ across all points on the working surface after 10 minutes of entering the insulation phase, exceeding international standards.
3. The time from room temperature to the vulcanization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption half that of domestic and international counterparts, demonstrating excellent energy-saving effects.
4. Single molding with vulcanized bonding or repair; the bonded area is flat and smooth, with the same durability as the original belt.
5. The heating layer, insulating layer, and core layer are integrated into one, featuring a simple structure and easy installation.
III. Water Cooling:
Internally configured with an advanced DC water cooling circulation system within the heating layer. Rapidly cools from 145℃ high temperature to 70℃ in just 5 minutes.
Accelerate adhesive bonding, enhance belt joint strength, and maintain belt joints.
Four: Handle
The handle features an SD soft connection, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny and attractive appearance, and is compact and exquisite.
Five: Water Pressure Plate
1. The water pressure plate is meticulously crafted using cutting-edge international technology. Due to its unique structure, it experiences even pressure distribution throughout. After countless high-pressure tests, the water pressure plate has successfully undergone a 1.875 MPa, 30-minute high-pressure test.
No leakage observed; exceeds international standards.
2. The hydraulic plate is versatile, suitable for both hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
Six: Power Line Inlet Plug
The power input utilizes a custom five-core integrated flat plug, which eliminates the drawbacks of conventional multi-wire multi-plugs, truly achieving a simplified one-piece wiring system.

1. The electrical components of the fully automatic electrical control box are sourced from Panasonic Corporation of Japan, featuring a liquid crystal digital display for intuitive readings. High quality and durable for long-lasting use.
Digital and indicator display, preset vulcanization time and temperature, the entire vulcanization process is fully automatic, alarm light illuminates, work automatically completes.
2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box features exquisite design and compact size, utilizing advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology, and an integrated dustproof and waterproof cover.
Adaptable for operation under harsh external conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, scorching sun, etc.
3. Overload, short circuit, and leakage protection circuit breakers to ensure personal safety.
4. Due to its integrated circuit design, automated operational procedures, and standardized plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines from our factory.
