Product Introduction: The YCGG-A Type Medical Dryer/Medical Equipment Dryer is our company's latest large-capacity comprehensive medical drying equipment. It primarily meets the needs of hospitals for various endoscopes, indicator bottles, surgical knives, hemostats, forceps, suction devices, anesthetic catheters, dressing tubes, various plates, round barrels, pressure gauges, and other equipment and items to be thoroughly dried before sterilization, achieving the drying standards prior to sterilization. It boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance and simple, flexible operation. The drying temperature range is set from 40℃ to 90℃, and the drying time range is from 0 seconds to 9999 seconds, allowing users to freely set according to their requirements. The equipment is available in both single-door and double-door specifications.

Structural Features:The studio is crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel, boasting a low bacteria adhesion rate for safe and convenient use; it also features an insulating layer to effectively prevent heat loss. The door is equipped with a large vision window of hollow tempered glass, which not only prevents heat loss but also allows for constant observation of the internal working conditions. A reasonable air duct and circulation system ensure minimal temperature variation within the studio. The shelves inside the studio can be adjusted to any height and quantity according to the user's requirements; the use of imported motors and blades includes an air convection gentle breeze device, enabling the renewal and circulation of the internal air.
Product Working Principle:The air inside the room is filtered, treated with photocatalysis to sterilize the air entering the intake chamber, then the air is forced into the heating chamber by a fan. Once inside, the air in the heating chamber is strongly heated to reach the predetermined temperature, after which it enters the throttling chamber. In the throttling chamber, the air is pressurized and sent to the drying chamber, where it dries the equipment inside. The heated air absorbs the temperature of water droplets on the surface of the equipment inside, increasing the humidity of the dry air. The high-humidity air is then exhausted through the exhaust system back into the room, and this cycle continues until the equipment is dried.
