Nitrogen Generation Principle
The Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Generator utilizes carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent (Figure 1), taking advantage of its selective adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen (Figure 2). Under the action of pressure swing adsorption, it directly produces nitrogen from air.

Under certain working pressures, the carbon molecular sieve adsorbs oxygen in the air much more than nitrogen (Figure 2), creating a difference in adsorption amounts, which enriches nitrogen in the gas phase. Therefore, by controlling the opening and closing of valves with a programmable controller, after depressurization, oxygen and other impurity components are desorbed, and the carbon molecular sieve is regenerated.
