Semiconductor Process Systems
1. The second-stage system engineering follows the completion of the initial project, where the user's equipment arrives and the piping already introduced into the workshop is connected to the user's equipment. This ensures the equipment is installed and operates smoothly according to the plan, reaching a state ready for normal use. It includes the installation and testing of pipelines, valves, and instruments for power systems, PCW systems, waste exhaust systems, pure and ultra-pure water systems, wastewater and waste gas discharge systems, bulk gas systems, and vacuum systems. Our company is committed to ensuring the smooth transition of the owner's equipment into the operational phase and ultimately into production with high efficiency and quality.
2. Wastewater and Waste Gas Treatment System
Waste Gas Treatment: To ensure a favorable working environment for the process and staff, waste gases (toxic, high concentration, flammable, strong acidic or alkaline smoke, dust, gases, etc.) from the production process, as well as part of the environmental air exchange, are treated through a separate system of pipes to meet national and local emission standards before being discharged outdoors.
Wastewater Treatment: Possesses extensive experience and diverse technologies in wastewater treatment, capable of processing various types of wastewater, such as semiconductor factory effluent. After removing organic matter, heavy metals, and salts from a portion of the treated water, it can be recycled and reused as water supply.
Gas Transmission System
Bulk gases (as opposed to specialty gases) referred to here primarily include gases produced by air separation units or on-site gas supply stations, such as oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, as well as general industrial gases supplied in bulk, such as helium; Service Scope: Customized gas supply solutions for clients (excluding on-site gas production), from on-site gas production stations or bulk gas rooms to the process equipment on the factory floor, providing bulk gas pipeline systems that meet client requirements; and targeted space management and requirement configuration as per client specifications.
