LPW-A-P Active Alumina Powder has a ρ crystal type, which is a type of transitional phase of alumina. It generally has a specific surface area above 200 m²/g, hence it exhibits strong activity and water absorption properties, along with certain hydration activity.
Usage:
1. A substitute for pure calcium aluminate cement as a binder for high-grade不定形耐火浇注料, it can also replace silicon micro-silica and ultra-fine alumina powder as a binder for high-grade corundum products.
2. Can be used as an adsorbent and desiccant, molded and sintered into active alumina spheres/rods, widely applied in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and sanitation industries.
