Fixed Platform Vehicle Bridge
This machine is suitable for loading and unloading at warehouse platforms and postal hubs, and can be adjusted to different heights of truck trailers, both elevated and lowered, for easy access by forklifts and smooth handling. It features guardrails on both sides for enhanced safety. Forklifts and other transport vehicles can directly enter the truck interior via the loading bridge for bulk loading and unloading, requiring only one person to operate, thereby achieving rapid loading and unloading. It helps businesses reduce a significant amount of labor, improve work efficiency, and achieve greater economic benefits.
Product Advantages: Electric hydraulic, easy operation, height adjustable to any level, wide adjustment range, improves loading and unloading efficiency, saves labor.
Applicable locations: Large enterprises with frequent vehicle loading and unloading, varying vehicle types, warehouses, stations, docks, logistics and warehousing bases, postal transportation, and logistics distribution.
Note: Custom design and manufacturing according to customer's requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Section 1: Instructions for Using Fixed Hydraulic Boarding Bridge:
1. Move the boarding bridge to the work location, close the manual pump's shutoff valve, pump the hand pump, and raise the bridge deck to an appropriate height (adjust according to the vehicle type).
2. The truck slowly reverses under the bridge (with the tongue plate stiffeners not interfering upon estimated descent as the standard).
3. Open the manual pump shut-off valve to allow the bridge deck to freely abut the wagon, without moving wheels bearing the load.
4. Lower the stern board, secure the bridge to the vehicle body with the locking chain, and then proceed with loading and unloading operations.
5. Upon completion, release the chain, pump the manual hand pump, and detach the bridge from the vehicle body; the truck can then depart.
6. Retract the tailgate and remove the boarding bridge.
II. Precautions for Mobile Hydraulic Vehicle Loading Bridge:
Before loading or unloading goods, chains must be securely fastened; otherwise, no operation is permitted.
2. No overloading permitted.
3. During forklift loading and unloading, try to avoid unnecessary uneven loads to prevent damage to the bridge deck and structure, which may cause danger.
4. During the process, the manual pump's shut-off valve must be opened to keep the tires in a non-forceful state.
Section 3: Daily Maintenance of Mobile Hydraulic Boarding Bridge
Perform a regular monthly check on the pinion shaft operating condition. If the set screw is found loose, it must be tightened immediately to prevent the pinion shaft from falling off and causing an accident.
2. Add lubricant to the rotating parts approximately every 2 months, depending on the situation.
