All-plastic, fixed, tube-plate, and shell-and-tube heat exchangers from Huayang Corrosion Protection Equipment are made of modified polypropylene plastic with graphite, featuring components like the shell, tube plate, end caps, flanges, and connection pipes, all made of pure polypropylene plastic.

1. Excellent corrosion resistance: Polypropylene boasts excellent chemical resistance, showing no destructive effects on inorganic compounds, including acid, alkali, and salt solutions, except for oxidizing agents, up to nearly 100℃. It is generally insoluble in most solvents at room temperature and can be used with mediums such as general alkanes, alcohol powders, and aldehyde derivatives.
2. Compact and lightweight: Due to the low density of polypropylene, which is only 0.91-0.93, making it the lightest material among resins, this equipment is extremely lightweight, benefiting both installation and maintenance.
3. High-temperature resistance; melting point ranges from 164 to 174°C, allowing general use temperatures up to 110 to 125°C. It does not deform at 150°C without external force.
4. Non-toxic, non-scaling, does not contaminate the medium, and can also be used in the food industry.
Due to these characteristics, Huayang anti-corrosion equipment is suitable for various applications as heat exchange equipment in industries such as chemical, light industry, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical fibers. It is particularly well-suited for use as condensers, replacing existing stainless steel, enamel, graphite, and glass condensers. The current production specifications for polypropylene piping in China have a maximum diameter of 630mm. Therefore, heat exchangers larger than 60 square meters require rolled sheet manufacturing.
