Product Description:
Our tower equipment, primarily produced with PP and PVC materials, are all packed spray towers. The packing is made of PP material, such as Pall rings or hollow spheres. Based on the principle that during the gas absorption process, mass transfer reactions occur between the gas and liquid phases on the surface, and the transfer rate is proportional to the specific surface area, we use packing to increase the specific surface area of the two-phase contact, allowing for full interaction between them, thereby achieving the goal of absorbing or purifying waste gas.
Structural Features:
PP and PVC packed tower structures are available in vertical and horizontal types. The vertical structure operates on a counter-current gas-liquid contact principle; the horizontal structure operates on a cross-current gas-liquid contact principle. Waste (tail) gases, as they pass through the packing sections, are fully contacted with the liquid phase, resulting in absorption or neutralization, thereby achieving absorption or purification. The packing layer in a monomer tower can be single or multi-layered.
Advantages:
High purification efficiency, excellent wear resistance, lightweight, easy installation and maintenance, high strength-to-weight ratio, attractive appearance, small land occupation, and large waste gas treatment capacity.
