The GC-7860 SA gas chromatograph features electronic purge control (EPC) for all inlet and detector gas paths, offering enhanced precision in retention time and peak area. Users can adjust parameters such as gas flow rate, external events, temperature, and detector settings via reverse control software, and save all analysis method parameters. Digital circuits ensure consistent settings between runs and among different operators. Consequently, users benefit from improved reproducibility of retention times and more consistent, reliable results, achieving more with less effort.

Configurable liquid automatic sampler, controlled by reverse control software for various parameters, ensuring better repeatability, enhanced efficiency, and eliminating errors associated with manual sampling.

Section II: Key Features and Parameters of the GC-7860 Series Gas Chromatograph

- Features an 8.0-inch LCD capacitive touch screen, supporting switch between Chinese and English. Large-screen direct reading displays nitrogen, hydrogen, air flow rate, pressure, and facilitates instrument operations. Standard with PC remote control software, built-in chromatography work station, enabling synchronous bidirectional control.

- The instrument features an open port, allowing for future upgrades to a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer of the same brand, either a GC-TOF MS or a GC-MS/MS.

- One-touch startup. Fully automatic operation of various functions: heating, ignition, self-check, gas leak alarm, etc. Equipped with gas shortage alarm protection feature; heating control protection function (fan motor and heating system automatically shut off when the column door is opened during operation)

- Flow分流/分流比 can be automatically controlled to save carrier gas. Equipped with an automatic sampler positioning interface.

- Multi-core, 32-bit embedded hardware system with logarithmic amplifiers, featuring no cutoff value in signal detection, good peak shape, and expandable synchronous external trigger functionality. Can be initiated by external signals (such as autosamplers, thermodesorption instruments, etc.) to start the host and workstations.

- The air path control utilizes EPC (Electronic Pressure Closed-loop Control) and EFC (Electronic Flow Closed-loop Control) technologies, allowing for arbitrary adjustments within the set range; options for setting carrier gas and tail gas types are available: He, H2, N2. Each carrier gas system can achieve constant pressure, constant flow, and constant line speed, and uses He, H2, N2 as standard gases for flow calibration.

- The main unit features 20 memory storage methods, which can be directly accessed for convenience and ease.

- An expanded interface with at least 8 external event options, allowing optional various control valves and capable of operating in a pre-set sequence.
