Equipment Principle: 1. The cleaner primarily uses high-pressure spray as the cleaning method, with hot water at approximately 80°C as the main cleaning force. 2. The equipment consists of several sections, including the hot alkali water spray section, disinfectant water spray section, and drying section, among others. The disinfectant water spray section and drying section can be customized according to customer requirements. 3. The disinfectant solution in the disinfectant tank is manually adjusted for concentration before being added. The alkali water tank is equipped with steam heating pipes and electric heating pipes; the temperature in both tanks is automatically controlled, with any setting from room temperature to 80°C. 4. All circulating water tanks use horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pumps for circulation and spray, simultaneously spraying and washing the baskets from the top, bottom, left, and right directions. Each tank is designed with two filtration systems for easy cleaning of debris. Each tank is equipped with a separate drain and cleaning valve, which is discharged through a cut pipe for unified discharge.
