Description

Chlorine and ammonia-containing flue gases emitted from chemical reaction kettles are highly corrosive to filter materials. After being dipped in PTFE emulsion, PPS fabric bags form a dense protective film on the fiber surface. Even after alternating aging for 48 hours, the strength retention rate remains above 85%. Its flame-retardant index reaches UL94 V0 level, with a limiting oxygen index of 34%, making it non-combustible even when exposed to high-concentration organic solvent flashes. The surface resistance of the coated film is reduced to 10?Ω, effectively preventing static accumulation and ensuring safe operation of flammable dust conditions. Continuous operation for two years without replacement provides the enterprise with a safe, stable, and low-cost flue gas treatment solution.

Biomass boiler flue gas has a moisture content of up to 20% and is rich in alkali metal salts like KCl and NaCl. The PPS filter bags are treated with a special waterproof and oil-resistant finish, raising the water contact angle to 130°. Salt particles crystallize on the surface and can be removed by pulse cleaning; the fibers can withstand continuous aging in a 120°C saturated steam environment for 1000 hours, maintaining a break strength retention of ≥95% to solve the persistent "caking" problem. After coating, the filtration air speed can reach 1.2 m/min, with an emissions concentration of ≤8 mg/Nm3, helping biomass power plants achieve green, efficient, and energy-saving operation.

PPS (polysulfone) is a high-performance fiber with excellent heat resistance and chemical stability. The coated PPS filter bags are covered with a microporous film on the surface of the PPS fibers, further enhancing the filtration accuracy and dust-cleaning efficiency.
