I. Overview

This instrument is from our factoryDRS-2Insulation material high-temperature thermal conductivity tester developed based on the flow rate flat plate method thermal conductivity tester.DRS-2Compared, it enhances resolution and automation, shortens testing time, simplifies maintenance, and ensures more reliable instrument performance. This instrument is suitable for testing the thermal conductivity coefficient of materials such as refractory insulation, ceramic fiber, felt, textiles, boards, bricks, and more under various temperatures. It is widely used in material analysis and testing by institutions of higher education, research units, quality inspection departments, and manufacturing factories.

II. Main Technical Parameters

     DRSSeries instruments are primarily used for measuring the thermal conductivity of insulating materials under high temperatures.DRS-3BFeatures vacuum atmosphere protection to prevent sample oxidation.


DRS-4AndDRS-4AAll are electrically pressurized and automatically thickness measured; the difference is:DRS-4The hot plate is made of heat-resistant stainless steel, with a slightly lower operating temperature.DRS-4ASilicon carbide is used in the hot plate, which has slightly lower pressure resistance and requires an additional thickness adjustment system for thickness measurement, but the hot surface operates at a higher temperature.
