1. Overview：

2. Combination Purpose:

Combined use of low-temperature type cold mirror dew point meters and dew point generators. Establishing a low dew point quantity transmission calibration system allows for comparison between dew point meters and for the metrology of capacitance and resistance dew point meters (sensor-type low-temperature dew point meters).

3. Principle:

The dew point generator in this system adjusts dew points based on the分流法 principle. Different dew point temperatures can be achieved by varying the ratio of dry and wet air streams. This method can utilize multi-level分流 combinations as needed to generate the desired dew point value. Our company offers a super dry machine that can achieve dew points below -80℃ to provide a dry gas source, enabling arbitrary adjustment of dew point values within the range of -80℃ to 20℃, and can be fully automated for rapid control.
