I. Product Introduction:
Fluorinated graphite is an intercalated compound of graphite obtained through the direct reaction of carbon and fluorine. It is a new type of functional material with a very low surface free energy and excellent thermal and chemical stability. Fluorinated graphite is a solid, structural, non-stoichiometric fluorocarbon empirical formula (CxFl)n. The reaction temperature depends on the type of raw materials, the design of the reactor, the ultimate application, and the desired degree of fluorination.
II. Technical Advantages:
Our company independently developed the fluorine gas internal circulation process for fluorination reactors, using a high-temperature synthesis method (dry process) to produce fluorinated carbon graphite. We have also independently developed a unique automatic control structure for the reactor, which boasts anti-corrosion, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and the ability to withstand high concentrations of fluorine gas atmosphere. This has resolved difficulties in the fluorinated carbon graphite process, making production safer. The products achieve various fluorocarbon ratios and controllable particle sizes, approaching the theoretical fluorocarbon ratio value (1.25); non-graphite fluorinated carbons can reach 1.28.
Section 3: Carbon Fluoride Specifications and Types:
Our company independently develops and produces fluoro-carbon graphite, fluorinated carbon, fluorinated carbon black, fluorinated carbon fiber, fluorinated nanocarbon fiber VGCF, fluoro-graphite micro-particles, and fluorinated graphene oxide. These are solid powder materials with fluorine atoms intercalated at high temperatures. The surface fluorination modification has a low degree of fluorination, and the white powder fluorocarbon ratio with high degree of fluorination can reach 1.2.
IV. Application Fields:
Non-battery applications offer CFx products, whereinSolid lubricant additiveIt is a primary area of growth; other applications include:
Dry Ink Additive
Elastic sealing additive
Antioxidant Catalyst Carrier
Chromatography column packing
Wiper blade rubber surface abrasion-resistant coating
High-temperature release agent.
