It features an efficient laminar flow protection and a double-sealed door with interlocking design to greatly prevent cross-contamination. The VHP sterilization is fast, pollution-free, and residue-free. The control system independently developed by Lesai Environment offers both fully automatic and step-by-step manual operation modes for customers to better set reasonable sterilization parameters. The VHP design includes multiple safety protection features, effectively preventing residual hydrogen peroxide from contaminating high-purity areas, and the concentration drops to meet FDA and USP requirements after sterilization is complete.
Throughout the sterilization process, the size of the space to be sterilized, gas concentration, humidity, and temperature all affect the sterilization cycle. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the final sterilization process parameters based on the on-site conditions to provide the best solution for the client, thereby shortening the sterilization time and reducing operating costs.
