Grade A Unidirectional Louver/100 Class Laminar Flow Hoods are air purification devices that provide Grade A unidirectional airflow and create a local high-purity environment. Their working principle involves passing air at a certain wind speed through an efficient filter, then equalizing pressure through a damping layer, making the clean airflow unidirectional towards the work area, thereby achieving the required airflow pattern and purity for the protected work zone.
Grade A unidirectional flow hoods can be used individually or in combination. The Grade A unidirectional flow hood work area is the sterile core zone, where operators must initiate equipment from the Grade B background area according to predefined SOPs for process operations and interventions, which should be tailored based on the product's risk level. Operators must avoid contact with the sterile core zone; if contact is necessary, it should be done through gloves or half-sleeve garments, etc.

Double-layer vacuum structure, no leakage risk
