Dry-body furnace, also known as dry well furnace, dry well, dry measurement furnace, temperature gauge, and temperature calibrator. The dry-body furnace is a portable, fast heating and cooling on-site heat source (temperature field), utilizing a high-stability temperature controller. The temperature range for testing is -45℃ to 1200℃, with the isothermal blocks made of good thermal conductivity alloy materials. Technically on par with advanced domestic and international technology, it is at the forefront in terms of insertion depth, horizontal temperature field, and vertical temperature field. Widely used in industries requiring on-site temperature calibration, such as pharmaceuticals, machinery, ships, chemicals, bioproducts, power plants, substation, steel mills, metrological testing, and scientific research.
Product Features
The dry block furnace provides a stable, uniform, and accurate temperature environment (temperature field), offering performance similar to that of a water bath, but with the added convenience of portability and no need for liquid. The dry block furnace reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature point up to 5 to 10 times faster than a water bath, significantly saving time for calibration personnel and speeding up the temperature verification process. Its portability allows for on-site calibration work, thus overcoming the challenges of transporting and moving water baths.
Through a muffle furnace, it is convenient to calibrate temperature sensors, thermometers, bimetallic thermometers, thermocouples, resistance thermometers, and other temperature sensors.
