Filter stack spectrometer, which decays bremsstrahlung by stacking filters of different materials and recording media, records its intensity, and then reverses the bremsstrahlung energy spectrum through the spectrometer's response function. The spectrometer is mainly composed of collimating components, filter chamber, lead shielding, sights, and structural support parts, covering an energy range of 0.1 MeV to 10 MeV through 11 different types of metal filters.
