Features of the Plan:

Utilizing imported weighing sensors and ZJ series weighing instruments, high measurement accuracy is achieved.

The measuring system employs a fixed design, reducing moving parts, lowering failure rates, and minimizing dust issues during the weighing process.

The system can meet the feeding requirements for two blending machines simultaneously, featuring a simple structure and low failure rate.

After material measurement, it enters the two blending machines through a dosing device, transported through fully enclosed pipelines to reduce dust.

The raw material warehouse employs a crane transfer and manual feeding method, with a dust removal system in the feeding area to minimize dust during the feeding process. (An air conveying system can also be chosen to reduce labor intensity and dust issues with the material feeding system.)

The raw material warehouse is equipped with level switches, which will trigger an alarm for both full and low inventory.

Optional liquid dosing system (A.M.V/MEA/Lactic Acid/Deionized Water), integrated with the system to complete the overall batching of the mixer.

Disadvantages of the plan:

The total investment in equipment is high; for every two blending machines, a weighing system and a material storage bin are required, suitable for large-scale production applications.
