The YTPL series liquid ingredients primarily address the automatic batching of liquid materials, typically comprising a raw material storage system, a feeding system, a metering system, a mixing system, a dosing system, and a control system.
Liquid Ingredient System Composition:
The raw material storage system typically uses pumps as the power source to transport raw materials from lower levels to the storage warehouse. It also employs multi-section ball valves, screw pumps, and other feeding mechanisms to add materials to the weighing hopper. After weighing, the materials are usually mixed and then transferred to the finished product storage warehouse, where they are fed to the next process via pumps and other feeding equipment.
