The Cyclone Water Film Desulfurization and Dust Removal Unit (Quick Assembly Module Type) is an optimized and improved version of the traditional granite water film tower. It integrates steel plates, high-strength anti-permeable acid-resistant castables, and granite into various functional modules, which are assembled on-site. Compared to the traditional granite water film tower, it offers easy installation, short construction time, low maintenance costs, and a longer service life, making it suitable for various types of boilers and kilns.
The Cyclone Water Film Desulfurization and Dust Removal Unit is mainly composed of the cylinder, equipment inlets and outlets, upper water trough, water injection pipe, lower overflow holes, and cleaning holes. Its working principle is as follows: Air containing dust and sulfur compounds enters the cylinder through the inlet flue. Using a pump, alkaline water solution is injected into the cylinder from the upper water trough, forming an alkaline water film that flows down the inner wall of the entire cylinder. The flue gas enters the cylinder from the bottom and rotates upwards. Under the action of centrifugal force, the gas containing dust and sulfur compounds is constantly in contact with the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder. The dust-laden gas is moistened by the water film, and sulfur compounds undergo neutralization reactions with the alkaline solution, flowing to the bottom of the dust remover and being discharged through the overflow holes, achieving the effects of dust removal and desulfurization.
Wastewater, after being purified, is directed into the sedimentation pond for recycling.
Purified gas is extracted from the top of the cylinder.
Equipment Features
1. Internally, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and high-temperature-resistant granite is used, machined into round curved plates. The internal structure is smooth and flat, ensuring the integrity of the water film on the inner wall. 2. The outer steel plate is filled with high-strength, high-temperature-resistant, and acid-base-resistant castable material in the middle, significantly enhancing the equipment's strength and service life. 3. The upper water trough is made of ceramic, ensuring no leakage during operation.
4. Modules are no taller than 2 meters, reducing the crane costs required for installation.
5. Each module features concave-convex joints at interfaces, sealed with high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials to ensure no air or water leakage during connection.
