I. Introduction
The LDMC type pulse single machine bag dust collector is a compact bag dust collector designed by our company after absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It utilizes a pulse jet cleaning method, offering excellent cleaning performance, high purification efficiency, large air volume handling capacity, long filter bag lifespan, minimal maintenance workload, and safe and reliable operation. It is suitable for dust purification in various industries such as powder storage warehouses, conveyor belts at the bottom of warehouses, and non-fibrous fine dry industrial dust in construction materials, mining, chemicals, metallurgy, iron and steel, and power plants.
The LDMC pulse bag dust collector utilizes high-pressure (0.3~0.4MPa) large-flow pulse valves to blow clean each filter bag individually, featuring high cleaning kinetic energy and efficiency. It also boasts compact size, light weight, simple structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filtration).
Section II: Equipment Structure
The LDMC Pulse Bag Dust Collector is a new single-machine dust removal unit that has improved upon the original single-machine pulse bag dust collector by refining the original ash discharge system and simplifying the equipment structure. The upgraded equipment boasts high processing capacity, excellent purification effects, ease of operation and maintenance, and features such as low working noise, long filter bag service life, and absence of mechanical moving parts prone to wear. It is suitable for use at the top of various powder storage warehouses to capture fine, dry, non-fibrous dust particles.
This series of dust collectors is available in two types for each specification: Standard with hopper type A and open flange type (without hopper) B. The structure mainly consists of the filter chamber, filter bag clean air chamber, ash hopper, lock wind unloading valve, pulse cleaning device, and control system, with the housing entirely made of welded steel structure.
Three, Working Principle: Dusty air enters the middle of the dust collector chamber from below. Coarse particles settle to the bottom of the ash hopper due to gravity. Fine dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bags through various effects. The purified air, after passing through the filter bags, enters the upper chamber through a Venturi tube and is discharged through the exhaust outlet. As time goes on, the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bags accumulates thicker, causing the resistance of the dust collector to gradually increase and the volume of treated gas to continuously decrease. To keep the dust collector in an effective working state and maintain a certain pressure loss, it is necessary to remove the accumulated dust on the outer surface of the bags.
The dust removal process involves the control instrument issuing commands to each solenoid valve according to specified requirements, sequentially opening the valves, and sequentially blowing high-pressure air into each group of bags. This causes compressed air in the gas holder to pass through the orifices of the jet pipes and enter the filter bags (known as the primary wind). As the high-speed jet of air passes through the Venturi tube -- the siphon at that moment, several times the volume of the primary wind's surrounding air is induced to enter the bag simultaneously (known as the secondary wind). Due to the formation of a powerful reverse airflow, opposite to the filtering airflow, being shot into the bag, the filter bag rapidly undergoes a contraction-expansion-contraction cycle, along with the reverse action of the airflow, gradually removing the dust particles adsorbed on the outside of the bag wall.
